Professional inquiries.

Organizations with a relevant hospitality, production, or service proposal may share it with AFT for individual review.

Make the proposal specific.

Tell AFT who you represent, the setting or audience you have in mind, and the contribution you would make. Include the market, timing, and any practical requirements.

A direct route for organizations

Guest and host inquiries have their own shared-experience and private-charter paths. Use this route for a proposal involving your organization.

For a specific brief, see event planner and promoter inquiries or vessel owner and operator inquiries.

Individual review

Submitting an inquiry does not create a partnership, endorsement, commitment, exclusivity arrangement, or guaranteed response.

What to include in your inquiry.

A concise, relevant brief helps AFT determine whether a conversation is appropriate.

Your organization and role.

Identify the company, your role, the relevant work you do, and any supporting examples.

The proposed collaboration.

Describe the audience, location, timing, responsibilities, and resources already in place.

AFT will review the fit.

Hospitality, event production, media, destination services, and related proposals can be considered when they are relevant to AFT’s work. A submission remains an inquiry until AFT responds and any scope is agreed separately.

Send the essentials.

Share your organization, proposed role, market, timing, and a useful contact point.
