Website and inquiry terms
This site introduces AFT’s shared experiences, private charters, and brand activations. It also accepts professional inquiries. The site does not itself confirm an invitation, booking, activation, or partnership.
Application and inquiry status
An application does not create an invitation or acceptance. An inquiry does not create a booking, reservation, activation, partnership, or guarantee of availability. Applying or submitting a brief is a request for review, not a purchase or reservation.
Private quotations and final invitations
Experience descriptions are not quotes or offers to book. Any exact price, included scope, availability, vessel, city, date, and operating plan are disclosed in the final invitation before acceptance. Payment terms and cancellation terms accompany that final invitation or a separate written agreement.
Shared formats, guests, and add-ons
Shared experiences remain curated and invite-only. Each published shared format includes one optional complimentary +1, subject to guest-list review and the final invitation. Possible add-ons vary by city, vessel, date, and availability and are not publicly priced.
Activations and content
Activation concepts may include planned interactive content moments, onboard filming, and edited client-ready clips. The final creative scope, deliverables, usage rights, approvals, fees, timing, and any exclusivity must be stated in a separate written proposal or agreement. This site does not promise raw footage, a specific clip count, delivery schedule, audience reach, or campaign result.
Commercial and referral partnerships
Submitting a vessel, event, referral, promotional, or other commercial partnership inquiry does not create a listing, agency relationship, referral fee, commission, exclusivity, endorsement, or obligation to proceed. Any commercial structure must be agreed separately in writing.
Vessels and operations
References to partner vessels describe AFT’s planning model. Vessel availability and operating arrangements depend on the market, date, owner or operator, and the final confirmed plan.
Site information
AFT aims to keep the site useful and current, but imagery is illustrative and should not be read as a promise that a particular vessel, route, amenity, or setting is available.
Site assets
The AFT name, supplied marks, site copy, photography, and film may not be reused or represented as another service without permission from the applicable rights holder.
