Privacy notice
This notice explains how information you submit through AFT's application and inquiry form is used for initial review, qualification, and planning conversations.
What the form collects
Depending on the path you select, the form may ask for contact details, market and timing, optional professional context or professional profile links, organization and role, experience preferences, interests and connection preferences, group size, private-charter budget, occasion and atmosphere, campaign or content goals, event volume, vessel details, partnership briefs, proposed contributions, supporting links, notes, referral source, and consent.
Why it is collected
AFT uses the information to review fit, understand an application or inquiry, plan an appropriate response, and evaluate whether there is a relevant shared experience, private charter, activation, or professional inquiry path. Submitting does not confirm an invitation, booking, activation, partnership, vessel, date, or availability.
Budget and proposal context
Budget details and proposed contributions relate only to the inquiry being submitted. AFT does not ask for personal income, net worth, bank credentials, or payment-card information in this form.
Where submissions are handled
Submissions are captured through the website’s hosting provider and made available to the people supporting AFT’s inquiry review. AFT does not publish a public list of inquiries.
Retention and choices
Submission details should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, planning, recordkeeping, and follow-up. Until a verified public contact channel is published, you may use a prior AFT conversation to request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted.
Read the website and inquiry terms for the status of applications, invitations, and bookings.
